…get your camera!”  Hunter says to me this morning.  “You have to take our picture!”

So I did:

Poor Little Baby

Magnus has had a rough couple of days. 

He’s been dealing with his very first cold and it hasn’t been going very well.  This isn’t to say that he hasn’t been his happy self, he has, the trouble mostly comes at night when the poor little fella is so congested he can’t breathe.  His appetite has also dropped off markedly, particularly in the milk department.  (I also think it is official, Magnus detests pears.  Shuts his little mouth up tight when he realizes that is what I’m trying to feed him.)

And now he has a cough.  Last night after we laid him down to sleep, he coughed so hard that he threw up most of the best dinner he’s eaten all week.  Of course, it was all downhill from there because I insisted on giving him a bath after he threw up all over himself, and, well, that is so not the routine.  Magnus has also had so many night time visits from momma and papa that he has decided he likes us around after he goes to bed.  So, well, that’s fun too.

Hunter is a champ though…  she sleeps through everything.

Hopefully this will all be over soon…  momma and papa need some rest.
